George McArdle O.D.
Optometrist
Dr. McArdle was born April 24, 1947 (we hear 60 is the new 40). He was educated at Loyola University and Illinois College of Optometry. In 1986 he founded TRLI Optics, his private practice in Naperville, Illinois. Dr. McArdle is a member of ARVO and Advisory Board TLE laser.
Dr. McArdle and his family reside in Naperville .

Janet Lehr O.D.
Optometrist
Dr. Janet Lehr, an Illinois native, graduated from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, with a major in psychology and minor in chemistry. She attended the Illinois College of Optometry where she obtained her B.S. in Visual Sciences and her optometric degree in 1999. Afterwards, she completed a residency in pediatrics and binocular vision. Since then, Dr. Lehr has been in private practice, specializing in pediatric exams, contact lens fitting and emergency care and treatment of ocular disease. She has also contributed test questions to the National Board of Examiners for Optometry for the past two years.
She enjoys spending her free time with her husband and twin boys. Hobbies include movies, knitting/crocheting and reading.

Wally Kelleher
Optician
Wally began his career in Optics in 1972 with the House of Vision and Mooshart in Batavia, Illinois. He currently continues his service at Moosehart but later moved from House of Vision to J.C. Optics where he eventually teamed up with Dr. McArdle. TRLI Optics opened in December of 1986.
Bench work and optic dispensing are Wally's specialties.

Kathy Mackowiak
Office Manager
Kathy joined TRLI Optics in June of 1989 and is fully trained on a variety of diagnostic equipment including RTA 4.50 (Retinal Topography Analyzer) and Nidek NT 2000 for early detection of glaucoma, the Canon CRDGI Fundus Scan, Humphrey Visual Field Analyzer and Nidek ARK 730A. As office manager, Kathy ensures she and the entire staff are dedicated to making the patient's experience informative and therapeutic. Kathy's expertise is in insurance claims and billing however she excels at customer service and will often be found assisting patients with issues ranging from insurance to frame selection.
Dedicated to her community as well as her profession, Kathy has been an active member of the Naperville Exchange Club since 2004.
